Inventory Management Services

Receipt

When your inventory is received at our warehouse, we inspect and verify in accordance with your preferred standard practices. Inventory is then logged in to our online warehouse management system capturing (as necessary) Lot Numbers and Serial Numbers.

Storage

Your inventory is stored in a segregated and secure location in our warehouse. Although most inventory is palletized and floor stored, some inventory may be appropriately stored on racks or in bins. High run rate items are stored in a manner that allows us to expedite our order fulfillment practices.

Inventory Control

We conduct routine cycle counts in accordance with your preferred levels of frequency. Off-schedule cycle counts can be completed on demand by reaching out to your 3PL Services Manager.

Reporting

All of our clients are offered access to Stock on Hand and Stock Activity Reports monthly or as required. Additional reporting is also available on request and can be provided via a secure client-specific portal.
